Quote/Ordering Process

  1. Submit Free/Quote Sample Packet

    You can fill out our quote form to get pricing on your custom requirements. If you have a design, you will be able to easily upload(.jpgs, .pdfs., .ai).

    If you do not have a design, you can use our Design Tool. Or if you have a physical label needed to be replicated, you can provide a scan or a digital photo.

    Rough sketches or a simple MS Paint program can be utilized for a Design using custom fonts and colors. For color matching, you can provide TPC/TPX, PMS or use our Color Chart.

  2. Quote Prepared with 24 hours

    Once your form is completed and Catchya Code is inputted, you will receive Your quote within 24hours and receive samples of our work within a few days. A Thank You page will appear, along with a Thank You email to show That your form was submitted successfully.

  3. Order

    Once your receive your quote via email, you can verify details and see Instructions for placing your order to start your Proof process. We send Secure PayPal links or you can use our Credit Card form. Your proof will be assigned within 24 hours.

  4. Proof Preparation

    Your proof will be cued and prepared (5-6 hours preparation once scheduled). Your proof will be a .jpg of a physical woven label or an art file of a Printed Label or Hang Tag. We can make changes if needed at this point and work will begin once we receive your Approval.

  5. Delivery

    Once we receive your approval, your labels will be scheduled to be produced. During this process, your labels will be stitched, finished, cut, packaged and shipped within 8-10 business days. Our pricing includes standard shipping via UPS. Faster Delivery can arranged for an additional fee once completed.
